Content — Associated Dictionary Terms

Audience: Main Admin, Sub Admin, User Group Admin

Overview

Use this tab to associate a Dictionary Term to a piece of content. The term must be added to the Dictionary before this step.

Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps:

• Content (Sub Admin, User Group Admin)

Note: Sub Admin and User Group Admin without access to complete these steps should review Permissions with a Main Admin.

Associate a Dictionary Term

1. From Admin Navigation, click Content.
2. Find the content you want to associate with a dictionary term(s) in the displayed list.
3. Double click the content.
4. Scroll to and click the Available Dictionary Terms tab.
5. Find the term to associate in the Available Dictionary Terms window.
6. Click the check box next to the term.
7. Click Save.

Disassociate a Dictionary Term

1. From Admin Navigation, click Content.
2. Find the content you want to associate with a dictionary term(s) in the displayed list.
3. Double click the content.
4. Scroll to and click the Associated Dictionary Terms tab.
5. Find the term to associate in the Associated Dictionary Terms window.
6. Click Remove.
7. Click Save.
