Within the LMS, we allow SCORM packages to be replaced in existing pieces of content, while all other settings related to that content (including the content code) remain the same.

Where Do I Go to Update a SCORM Package?

• From the Admin Navigation menu, select
• Locate the content whose SCORM package you wish to update.
• Double-click to open the content's properties window.
• Use the arrows at the top to navigate and select the Upload SCORM Package

What Do the Settings on this Tab Do?

• Upload a SCORM Package - Click Choose File to locate the new SCORM package on your computer to upload.
• SCORM Package is an updated version - If selected, the current SCORM Package Manifest IDs and Suspend Data (bookmarking) for the course will be kept in the LMS, and the course files will be updated to that of the new SCORM package.
• SCORM Package is a different content - If selected, the current SCORM Package Manifest IDs and Suspend Data (bookmarking) for the course will be deleted from the LMS, and the course files will be updated to that of the new SCORM package.
• Delete existing files - If checked, the existing files for the course will be deleted prior to the upload of the new SCORM package. This option can be used with both the SCORM Package is an updated version and the SCORM Package is a different content radio buttons.
  • Note: The files will only be deleted if the course passes the validation of our upload process. If the course does not pass validation, the upload will exit, and the current course files will not be deleted.
• Click Save at the bottom of the window.
