Admin Interface




The user tab columns now save all changes made: visibility, order, width, and sorting.
These same settings will also be used in any form where an admin selects a user.
Added new tab to the Edit User window called Content Activity. It will show the same content as the Student Activity Report for that user.


New content item functionality by adding an existing Attestation to a piece of content. This will function as an integrated prerequisite and should be shown each time. When completed, it will auto-launch the associated content.


Add option for the certificates to show what's in a selected language column instead of the database value column.


Add the Credit Summary Report selectable “Field” box to reports: Export Data, Summary Report, UG Report, Content Report, Learning Track Report, Learning Track Monthly Summary Report, Learning Track by UG Report, All Content Report, Scheduled Message Report


Revised the Summary Report to add a fields box where column fields can be pre-selected. Add a Content Code field to the new fields box.


For the Webinar Session Attendance report, added the options to: run in date order, run only those not attended, run only those that did attend
Added two drop-down fields to the report. One field labeled Order by to select the Date order and a second drop-down field labeled Attended to select Attended, Not Attended, or Both.

General Settings

Added a new setting. General Settings > Email > Send Instructor daily roster updates
This will check who registered or dropped in a day. An email will be sent to the organizer (if applicable) and instructor. This will include user added to wait list.

Added a "Mark Complete" permission under the User Group Admin tab and Sub Administration tab in the General Settings.
Drop down settings: Always On, Always Off, On by default, Off by default
