The Update Assignments Info tab allows administrators to view what assignments are currently updating for users and user groups in the system.

What is Displayed on this Tab?

• Run Auto-assignments if User updates the profile/preferences - If checked, when an admin or user saves a user's profile, their assignment list will be updated.
• Updates are currently being processed - A red 'x' indicates no assignments are currently being processed. A green checkmark indicates assignments are currently being processed.

Update Assignments List

The list shows the users, usergroups and learning tracks that have been edited today and did not have their assignments updated to the users. The updates to the user assignments for these items will run in the evening after normal business hours. If you want to update them now, you can go to the edit mode of the item and check the Update Assignments box and then save.
