Create a GA4 Property

If you're setting up a Google Analytics property for the first time, follow these instructions to create an Analytics account and a GA4 property.

If you have an existing Universal Analytics property, follow these instructions to create a GA4 property that collects data in parallel with your existing Universal Analytics property.

Access Your GA4 Tracking ID

To access your GA4 property tracking ID follow these instructions, specifically the section titled Find your updated tracking ""G-"" ID. 

Add Your GA4 Tracking ID to Your LMS

In the LMS admin interface, navigate to General Settings > General Administration. Find the setting labeled "Enter your Google Analytics Code (optional)" and enter your GA4 tracking ID. Click on the "Save Settings" button to save this change.
