How Do I Retrieve My Username or Password?
In this article we explain how users can retrieve their username or password in the LMS.
Username Help
The TraCorp LMS allows email addresses to be used as usernames. If your organization has created your account for you, your username is often your identification number.
Password Help
If you forgot your password and need to reset it, there are two options:
- Reset the password yourself, via the Forgot Password? or Reset Password (Novus III) link on the Log In page of your LMS. Note: If your Log In page does not have this option, please go to option two.
- Submit a ticket with our Customer Service Desk.
