Card Name

Description

Activity

The Training Activity card has two tabs. The In Progress tab displays training that has been started but not yet finished. The New Training tab displays new assigned content.

All Content

The All Content card displays available content. The view can be customized by an administrator to display specific content types, to display them in order of title or due date, and to hide completed content. Filter the list by selecting an option in the View: All Content drop-down menu.

Assigned Content

The Assigned Content card displays all assigned content. Click VIEW ALL to see the entire list of content.

Badges

The Badges card displays available and earned LMS and organization badges. Click VIEW ALL BADGES to display the full list. Click a badge to display the piece(s) of content associated with the badge.

Classes

The Classes card displays classroom and webinar sessions. Click VIEW CALENDAR to display the calendar. Use the Show only registered sessions toggle and the View and Filter By drop-down menus to control what is displayed on the calendar.

Certificates

The Certificates card displays earned certificates.

Certifications

The Certifications card displays assigned certifications. An administrator can customize how the certifications are displayed by title or date.

Classrooms

The Classrooms card is a shortcut to the calendar view for classrooms only. Click the card to access the calendar view. Use the Show only registered sessions toggle and the View and Filter By drop-down menus to control what is displayed on the calendar.

Favorites

The Favorites card displays content that the user or the LMS administrator has favorited.

Hello

The Hello card displays a message, such as Welcome Back. The LMS administrator can customize it to display an avatar, MY ACCOUNT profile, MY ADMIN information, and HELP resources. The profile image may also be updated using this card.  

Learning Tracks

The Learning Tracks card displays the assigned tracks and the percentage complete. Click VIEW ALL to see the entire list of learning tracks. An administrator can customize how learning tracks are displayed by title or date, and whether completed learning tracks are displayed.

Menu

The Menu card customized by an administrator and points to menus created in the LMS.

News

The News card displays the latest news published by an administrator. Click VIEW ALL to see the entire list.

Programs

The Programs card displays assigned programs.

Reports

The Reports card allows the download of My Activity Report or My Transcript. Select an option in the drop-down menu. A Start Date and End Date can be selected to filter the report. Click DOWNLOAD to create the report. Open the report in the downloads folder.

Session Content

The My Sessions card displays assigned sessions. Click VIEW CALENDAR to view the calendar. An administrator can customize the card to display all sessions or only assigned sessions.

Tags

The Tags card displays tags available to help easily narrow down content searching. Select a tag from the list to display all content associated with that tag.

Text

The Text card is customized by an administrator and contains a title and a message.

Transcript

The Transcript for a single student card downloads a student’s transcript when clicked. Open the transcript in the downloads folder.

Webinars

The Webinars card displays a calendar of upcoming webinars. Use the Show only registered sessions toggle and the View and Filter By drop-down menus to control what is displayed on the calendar.

Welcome

The Welcome card contains a message from an LMS administrator. It may also contain links to All Content, Content, Learning Track, or a Launch-specific welcome.
