TraCorp LMS Quick Reference Guide (QRG)
Audience: Students, Instructors
Overview
This QRG explains what can be viewed and edited on an LMS Profile.
Access Profile
1. Click the name on the right side of the navigation bar.
2. Click Profile in the drop-down menu to view the profile. The My Account tab displays.
3. Click My Admin to switch to the administrator account. Note: This only displays for students and instructors that have a linked admin account.
4. Click Log Out to sign off the LMS.
My Account
The My Account tab has three cards: Account Details, Statistics, and Reports.
Account Details
Update Name
1. Click the pencil icon for Full Name.
2. Update First Name if needed.
3. Update Last Name if needed.
4. Click SAVE or CANCEL.
Update Password
1. Click the pencil icon for Full Name.
2. Enter a new password in the Change Password field.
3. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
4. Click SAVE or CANCEL.
Update Account Details
1. Click SHOW MORE.
2. Click the pencil icon for the field to be updated.
3. Update the required fields.
4. Click SAVE or CANCEL.
Note: If Account Details appear with a lock icon, they cannot be edited. Contact the LMS administrator to change any locked account details.Username is locked and cannot be updated.
Statistics
The Statistics Card provides information on the Total Completions of content, Year to Date Completions of content, Badges Earned, and Total certificates earned.
View Badges (If Enabled)
1. Click VIEW ALL BADGES. A new window opens showing all the badges available, indicating which ones have been earned.
2. Click the three dots menu to review the badge details.
3. Click Details.
4. Click CLOSE.
5. Click the browser back arrow to return to the profile.
Reports
Use the Reports Card to download transcripts and LMS activity.
Download a Report
1. Select a report option in the Type drop-down menu.
2. Click the Calendar icon to select a Start Date (optional).
3. Click the Calendar icon to select an End Date (optional).
4. Click DOWNLOAD.
5. Open the file in the downloads folder.
Certificates
This card displays the Certificate Title and Type (Content or Learning Track).
Download a Certificate
1. Click the Certificates tab.
2. Click Download for the specific certificate.
3. Open the file in the downloads folder.
Continuing Education Units
This card displays a list of earned Continuing Education Units (CEUs), including the course Title, Length, Attended date, Completed date, CEU Awarded, and whether Gave Certificate to Instructor/Supervisor is true.
Add a Session
1. Click the Continuing Education Units tab.
2. Click ADD SESSION.
3. Enter the course Title.
4. Enter the course Sponsor.
5. Enter where the course took place for Location.
6. Enter the Length of the course in hours or use the up and down arrows to set the length.
7. Click the Calendar icon to select an Attended date.
8. Click the Calendar icon to select a Completed date.
9. Enter the number of CEU Awarded or use the up and down arrows to set the CEU units.
10. Click the Gave Certificate to Instructor/Supervisor check box if applicable.
11. Click SUBMIT or CANCEL.
Verify My Attendance
1. Click the Verify My Attendance tab.
2. Enter the Attendance Verification Code provided by the session Instructor.
3. Click SUBMIT or CANCEL.
Unsubscribe to Emails
1. Click the Unsubscribe to Emails tab.
2. Click YES or NO to Confirm.
