Users: Pending Tasks Tab Quick Reference Guide (QRG)

Overview
This topic explains how to review and approve student tasks.
Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps

Important: If you are unable to complete the steps in this QRG, check with your Main Admin to review your Permissions.
Steps to Manage Pending Tasks
- From Admin Navigation, click Users.
- Double-click a Username to open the student’s Edit User window.
- Click the right arrow at the top of the Edit Content window to scroll to the Pending Tasks tab.
- Click the Pending Tasks tab.
- Click Approve All to approve all pending tasks for this student.
- To approve specific tasks or change a pending task status, select an option from the Status drop-down menu for that task. Drop-down menu options are Approved and Not Approved.
- Click Save Changes.
