What is the Pending Tasks Tab?

The Pending Tasks Tab allows administrators to view tasks that have been submitted by students and are waiting review.

Reviewing User Submission(s) for Tasks

  • On the Admin Navigation menu, select Users.
  • Double-click the User to open up their properties in the Edit User window.
  • Scroll through the tabs at the top using the right-arrow button.
  • Select Pending Tasks tab.
    • Click Approve All to approve all Pending Tasks for this user.
    • To approve only specific tasks or to change a Pending Task to Not Approved, select the Pending Approval status, under the Status column. This will provide a drop-down with Approved and Not Approved as options.

User Group Administrators

For User Group Administrators to have access to the Pending Tasks Tab, a Main Administrator will need to confirm the User Group Administrator has Users -> Edit User and Users -> Assign Content permissions.
