Users: Pending Tasks Tab

Overview

This topic explains how to review and approve student tasks. 

Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps

  • Users
    • Edit Users
    • Other

Note: Sub Admin and User Group Admin without access to complete these steps should review Permissions with a Main Admin.

Manage Pending Tasks

  1. From Admin Navigation, click Users.
  2. Double-click a Username to open the student’s Edit User window.
  3. Click the right arrow at the top of the Edit Content window to scroll to the Pending Tasks tab.
  4. Click the Pending Tasks tab.
  5. Click Approve All to approve all pending tasks for this student.
  6. To approve specific tasks or change a pending task status, select an option from the Status drop-down menu for that task. Drop-down menu options are Approved and Not Approved.
  7. Click Save Changes.
