Internet Explorer Support dropped for version 8,9 and 10.

The TraCorp policy is to perform bug fixes on the TraCorp LMS at no charge to our customers.
However, Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer versions 8, 9, or 10 as of January 12, 2016*.

As a result, TraCorp will be discontinuing free support for IE8, 9 or 10-related bugs on our LMS as of March 31, 2016.

What does this mean for our LMS customers?

  • After March 31, 2016, bugs that are traced to IE8, 9 or 10 only will not be automatically fixed upon report. This change affects only those customers who continue to run IE8, 9 or 10 beyond March 31, 2016.
  • A list of reported IE8, 9 and 10 bugs will be maintained on the helpdesk
  • Individual customers may request that our engineering team fix a bug with IE8, 9 or 10, but the work will be quoted and charged at a rate of $102/hour.

Other browser options:

  • Many of our customers make multiple browser options available to their employees.  The TraCorp LMS is compatible with many browsers and we will continue to report, prioritize and address bug fixes without charge to our customers on all OEM supported browsers.

We appreciate all our customers who selected have selected us as their LMS provider and our goal is to provide a level of support that affirms your confidence in that choice. Changes in technology demand that we respond to keep our LMS and operating procedures up to date so that we can continue to provide you with an excellent product at a reasonable cost.

Please let us know if you have any questions on this change.
