General Settings — Student Dashboard Tab Quick Reference Guide

Overview

Use this tab to set the default layout of the Student Dashboard.

Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps

  • General Settings: Student Dashboard

Note: User Group Admins do not have permission to access General Settings.

Steps to Configure the Student Dashboard

  1. From Admin Navigation, click General Settings.
  2. Click the Student Dashboard tab.
  3. Select the number of Cards to display on the top row of the Dashboard from the Top Row drop-down menu.
  4. Select the card to display as the first card on the Dashboard from the Card 1 drop-down menu.
  5. Select up to two option buttons from the Card 1 Options to display on the first card on the Dashboard.
  6. Select the number of Cards from the Bottom Row drop-down menu to display on the bottom row of the Dashboard.
  7. Click the User group Student Dashboard Templates (?) check box if you have developed a user group Card template for the Dashboard. If checked, follow-on options display to Add, Edit, or Delete a template or to Copy from another template to create a new one.
  8. Click Save Settings.
