Overview

This QRG explains how instructors take and manage attendance for classroom and webinar sessions in the LMS.

Manage Attendance and Grading

1.        Sign in to an Instructor account.

2.        Click Roster in the menu bar.

3.        The Upcoming Sessions page appears. Click EXPAND SESSIONS to view all Upcoming Sessions.

4.        Click EDIT ROSTER next to the session.

5.        Click each check box to mark attendance and grading for each student.

·        Attended — Marks student’s attendance for the session. Attended is an optional mark indicating a student was present for the session, and does not imply completion.

·        Completed — Marks students as completed for this piece of content.

·        Retake — If configured by an admin, retake allows students to register for another session.

·        Score — Enter the percentage the student earned in the course, if applicable.

·        No Show — If configured by an admin, No Show allows students to register for another session.

6.        Click SAVE CHANGES.
