Reports — Content Reports
TraCorp LMS Quick Reference Guide (QRG)
Audience: Main Admin, Sub Admin, User Group Admin
Overview
The Reports tab provides access to LMS data across a variety of report formats. This QRG covers reports related to content, learning tracks, certifications, online tests, and video modules.
Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps
- Reports (Sub Admin)
- Reports > Content with Prerequisites (Sub Admin, User Group Admin)
- Reports > All Content (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Category Content (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Certifications (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Content Records (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Learning Track by User Group (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Learning Track Content (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Learning Track Monthly Summary (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Learning Track Records (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Online Test Responses (User Group Admin)

Note: Sub Admin and User Group Admin without access to complete these steps should review Permissions with a Main Admin.
All Content
Shows all content uploaded to the LMS.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click All Content.
- Configure optional filters and display options as needed.
- Click Create Report.
Category Content
Lists all content assigned to a category and its nested categories.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Category Content.
- Select a Category from the Category list.
- Click Create Report.
Certifications
Certification report by user, user group, or certification.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Certifications.
- Configure optional date range and display options as needed.
- Select Single Certification or All Certifications.
- If Single Certification is selected, search for and select the certification from the list displayed.
- Select a Scope: User or User Groups.
- If User is selected, select or enter the Filters to search for a user. Click Go, then select the user from the list displayed.
- If User Groups is selected, select a User Group from the list displayed.
- Click Create Report.
Content Records
Training records for students for a single piece of content.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Content Records.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select the content from the Content list.
- Click Create Report.
Content with Prerequisites
Lists all content items that have prerequisites and the prerequisites assigned to them.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Content with Prerequisites.
- Click Create Report.
Learning Track Content
Lists all content assigned to a learning track and its nested learning tracks.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Learning Track Content.
- Select a Learning Track from the Learning Track list.
- Click Create Report.
Learning Track by User Group
Training records for students in a single user group for all learning tracks.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Learning Track by User Group.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select a User Group from the User Group list.
- Click Create Report.
Learning Track Monthly Summary
Monthly summary of learning track completion. A date range is required for this report.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Learning Track Monthly Summary.
- Enter a From and To date in the Date Range fields.
- Select one or more Learning Tracks from the Learning Tracks list. Hold CTRL to select multiple.
- Click Create Report.
Learning Track Records
Training records for students for a single learning track.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Learning Track Records.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select a Learning Track from the Learning Track list.
- Click Create Report.
Online Test Responses
Individual student responses for a single online test, optionally filtered by user group.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Online Test Responses.
- Configure optional date range and display options as needed.
- Select the online test from the Content list.
- Select a User Group from the User Group list to filter results, or leave All User Groups selected to include all users.
- Click Create Report.
Online Test Summary
Summary of student responses for a single online test, optionally filtered by user group.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Online Test Summary.
- Configure the optional date range as needed.
- Select the online test from the Content list.
- Select a User Group from the User Group list to filter results, or leave All User Groups selected to include all users.
- Click Create Report.
Summary Report
A compilation of statistics for selected learning tracks and user groups.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Summary Report.
- Configure optional date range and display options as needed.
- Select one or more Learning Tracks from the Learning Tracks list.
- Select a User Group from the User Groups list, or select All User Groups to include all users.
- Click Create Report.
Video Module by User Group
Training records for students in a single user group for all video modules.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Video Module by User Group.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select a User Group from the User Group list.
- Click Create Report.
Video Module Content
Lists all content assigned to a video module.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Video Module Content.
- Select a Video Module from the Video Module list.
- Click Create Report.
Video Module Monthly Summary
Monthly summary of video module completion. A date range is required for this report.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Video Module Monthly Summary.
- Enter a From and To date in the Date Range fields.
- Select one or more Video Modules from the Video Modules list. Hold CTRL to select multiple.
- Click Create Report.
Video Module Records
Training records for students for a single video module.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Video Module Records.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select a Video Module from the Video Module list.
- Click Create Report.
Best Practices
Use Manage Reports to save frequently run reports with preferred settings. Saved reports can be scheduled to run automatically, and completed results retrieved from the Report Queue. Video Module reports appear only when the Video Module feature is enabled in the LMS.
