TraCorp LMS Quick Reference Guide (QRG)
Audience: Main Admin, Sub Admin, User Group Admin
Overview
The Reports tab provides access to LMS data across a variety of report formats. This QRG covers reports related to AICC and SCORM tracking data, including completion scores, interaction totals, and detailed response data.
Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps
- Reports (Sub Admin)
- Reports > AICC/SCORM Tracking Data (User Group Admin)
- Reports > SCORM Interactions by Content (User Group Admin)
- Reports > SCORM Interactions Responses (User Group Admin)
- Reports > SCORM Interactions Summary (User Group Admin)
Note: Sub Admin and User Group Admin without access to complete these steps should review Permissions with a Main Admin.
AICC/SCORM Tracking Data
AICC or SCORM score and completion data for a user and a piece of content.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click AICC/SCORM Tracking Data.
- Configure the optional date range as needed.
- Select or enter the Filters to search for a user. Click Go.
- Select the user from the Select A User list displayed.
- Select the content from the Content list.
- Click Create Report.
SCORM Interactions by Content
SCORM interaction totals for a selected piece of content.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click SCORM Interactions by Content.
- Configure the optional date range as needed.
- Select the content from the Online Content list.
- Click Create Report.
SCORM Interactions Responses
SCORM interactions and their responses for users.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click SCORM Interactions Responses.
- Configure the optional date range as needed.
- Select the content from the Online Content list.
- Click Choose next to User to filter results to a specific user, if needed.
- Click Create Report.
SCORM Interactions Summary
SCORM interaction summary across all content.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click SCORM Interactions Summary.
- Configure the optional date range as needed.
- Click Create Report.
Best Practices
SCORM interaction reports can produce large volumes of data. Use date range filters to narrow results before running. For large reports, use the background option to run the report and retrieve completed results from the Report Queue in Manage Reports.
