Reports — Sessions Reports
TraCorp LMS Quick Reference Guide (QRG)
Audience: Main Admin, Sub Admin, User Group Admin
Overview
The Reports tab provides access to LMS data across a variety of report formats. This QRG covers reports related to classroom sessions, webinar sessions, and instructor activity.
Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps
- Reports (Sub Admin)
- Reports > Class Session Attendance (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Instructor Sessions (User Group Admin)
- Reports > Webinar Session Attendance (User Group Admin)
Note: Sub Admin and User Group Admin without access to complete these steps should review Permissions with a Main Admin.
Class Session Attendance
Attendance records for a classroom session. The session picker can be expanded to select a specific session; selecting at the class level reports across all sessions.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Class Session Attendance.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select a class from the Choose a class list. Expand the class to select a specific session, or leave at the class level to report across all sessions.
- Click Create Report.
Instructor Sessions
Sessions taught by an instructor.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Instructor Sessions.
- Configure the optional date range as needed.
- Select Individual sessions or Summary for each content for the Report Type.
- Select One Instructor or All Instructors for Report On.
- If One Instructor is selected, click Choose and select the instructor from the list.
- Click Create Report.
Webinar Session Attendance
Attendance records for a webinar session. The session picker can be expanded to select a specific session; selecting at the content level reports across all sessions.
- From Admin Navigation, click Reports.
- Click Webinar Session Attendance.
- Configure optional filters, date range, and display options as needed.
- Select a webinar from the Choose a session list. Expand the webinar to select a specific session, or leave at the content level to report across all sessions.
- Click Create Report.
Best Practices
Use Manage Reports to save frequently run reports with preferred settings. Session attendance reports support both content-level overviews and individual session detail — expand the session picker to narrow results to a specific session.
