Audience: Main Admin, Sub Admin, User Group Admin

Overview

This QRG explains how to review and approve student tasks. 

Enabled Permissions Required to Complete the Following Steps

·         Users > Edit Users > including Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Active and Other (User Group Admin, Sub Admin)

·         Content (User Group Admin, Sub Admin)

Note: Sub Admin and User Group Admin without access to complete these steps should review Permissions with a Main Admin.

Manage Pending Tasks

1.       From Admin Navigation, click Users.

2.       Double-click a Username to open the student’s Edit User window.

3.       Click the right arrow at the top of the Edit User window to scroll to the Pending Tasks tab.

Note: if the task submitted is an uploaded document, click on the Document tab first to download and view that item.

4.       Click the Pending Tasks tab.

5.       Click Approve All to approve all pending tasks for this student.

6.       To approve specific tasks or change the pending task status, select an option in the Status drop-down menu for that task. Drop-down menu options are Approved and Not Approved.

7.       Click Save Changes.
